To cook healthy, and drink lots of water, exercise regularly, all of that. But it’s so difficult to do it when there’s four other people living in the house who don’t agree that sweet potatoes are healthy, or that half your plate should be greens, and whole grain is better than white, etc. I hate feeling like I have to eat what is made in the house, when all I really want is a piece of grilled chicken & some veggies.
Blah. I just want to be down like 20 pound. Shit is so hard.
